Digital Campaigns Manager

Требования
  • Experience of launching trigger-based campaigns (email, push, etc).
  • Experience of conversion or retention rate optimization (including A/B testing).
  • Experience in growth hacking will be an advantage.
  • Super skills of email marketing.
  • Super skills of writing texts.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Being familiar with segmentation and customer lifecycle.
  • Skills of working with software that allows to analyze users actions and build event-based campaigns (Mixpanel, Marketing cloud, Amplitude or any others).
  • Being familiar with Forex or Crypto terminology will be an advantage.
  • Experience in holding promotions, bonus or loyalty programs will be an advantage.
  • Communication skills, experience in working with people.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Additional Skills Preferred (not required but may give you additional opportunities for this position):
  • Skills of data analysis and data visualization (working with monitoring systems such as Kibana, Elasticsearch or BI systems such as Klipfolio, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or Python, experience in data layer creation and management.
  • Position may require business trips to Europe, Latin America and Russia.

Задачи
  • This hands-on role runs automated digital campaigns end-to-end through all possible channels (email, push, sms, pop-ups, etc.) across web and mobile platforms, analyzing customer behaviour through data analysis tools (Mixpanel), establishing trigger-based campaigns and introducing new performance-based strategies to engage customers. Drive retention and revenue growth through ongoing A/B testing.
